The compare workspace, shortlist functionality, and generated share images are designed to simplify evaluations. You are solely responsible for how you share or present comparison outputs. Do not mislead audiences, repurpose compare imagery for advertising without proper approvals, or store sensitive data within notes fields.

While using the Services you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or industry guideline.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data at a scale that degrades platform stability.
• Upload malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or attempt to bypass security controls.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAPEVS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

VapeVS, its affiliates, partners, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of one hundred (100) USD or the amount you paid (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold VapeVS, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the community. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or best practices. If updates are material we will provide reasonable notice via the site or email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
